For a motor, specify loaded speed, torque and operating cycle at the motor or gearbox output. For a pump, specify the fluid, required flow and operating pressure. Keep the measurement point clear.
Check the installation interfaces
Compare the drawing with the space available in your equipment. Review shafts, mounting and connections for motors, or outlet arrangement and fluid connections for the pump.
Prepare an OEM inquiry
Include the full model or configuration code, supply requirements, drawing and expected sample or order quantity. If no series is selected, send the equipment brief for a platform review.
Motor and Pump Sourcing Questions
Which product family should I start with?
Start with the required output and installation. A direct motor, an electronically commutated motor, a geared assembly and a diaphragm pump solve different tasks. Use the family links to compare the relevant structure, or send the requirement if the structure is undecided.
Does a voltage filter identify a complete configuration?
No. The filter uses published nominal values to narrow the catalogue. A selected winding or assembly still needs its own working point, drawing and interfaces checked. A series without a confirmed nominal value remains visible when no voltage filter is applied.
What does a reference or confirmation marker mean?
The entry identifies a product or assembly in the source range, but some model, drawing or parameter details still need confirmation. Request the selected datasheet before treating the entry as a complete specification for sampling or ordering.
Can we inquire without choosing a model?
Yes. Send the equipment function, supply, operating conditions and installation constraints. Include expected quantities and any drawing or reference sample so the team can discuss a suitable starting platform.
