5775BL motor structure

Fit the motor to your assembly.

57 mm motor platform with Hall feedback for an external driver. Use an existing configuration as the starting point, then review the interfaces that connect it to your equipment.

4000 / 5100 rpm source variant review

Choose the winding around the system supply and loaded operating point.

Shaft and mounting arrangement

Use the installation drawing to define the shaft and fixing arrangement.

External driver matching

Review supply, current limits and control signals as a system.

Hall feedback and control interface

Agree feedback format, wiring and connector details for the chosen build.

Evaluate the motor in the real mechanism.

Supply and working point

Use the intended system voltage and the required speed and torque under load.

Mounting and shaft

Check the shaft profile, projection, fit and fastener positions against your assembly.

Thermal and duty conditions

Evaluate the motor in the intended enclosure and operating cycle.

System acceptance

Agree current, speed, direction and any feedback checks before sample approval.

Create a clear approval baseline.

Technical inquiry

Send this series name, the full variant if selected, the installation drawing and required working point.

Sample evaluation

Check fit and performance in your equipment. Record the supply, load, duty and test method.

Production approval

Agree the drawing revision, model code, acceptance requirements and order quantity before release.

Bring us the motor requirement for your next product.

Send your preferred model or the working point, installation drawing and expected quantity.
